A little bit of googling tells me this is from series of stickers that came free with different magazines. The general series is Bikkuriman but these are from the Demons versus Angels Head Seals which started in 1985. The older Bikkuriman stickers go back to 1977 and the Demons VS Angels one was the 10th season of this sticker series.

The names are pretty cool, e. g. Herachrist and Master P (The ma being spelled with the character for demon).

Also, the third chick down has like a beetle horn on her head. Like, one of those beetles asian schoolkids always have in tubs
